With ADHD
Your safe space for ADHD wins, struggles, and everything in between.

I first met Ellie while taking her Pilates class. It was so refreshing and amazing to see a bright young woman, being open, proud and passionate about her ADHD life, struggles and wins. I thought she would be a great positive role model for my son to see someone being successful while navigating and dealing with her ADHD.
As she wants to use her personal experience, ADHD certified training and her personal fitness career to help other young people, so they didn’t have to struggle like she had.
So, I just had to talk to her about my son Sam, who was 18 months away from taking his GCSE exams and was struggling at school with his focus, grades were slipping and he was getting into trouble more for silly impulsive things.
Her coaching has helped Sam build his understanding of his ADHD, improved his resilience when facing setbacks and exploring new ways to develop his future knowing what suits the way he works and is wired and how to better communicate and deal with his relationships in different settings.
As we know people with ADHD are often not understood at all by people without it. I think by Ellie having it and (crude as it may seem) also being a rigorous rational intelligent and warm-hearted person means she really understands precisely what Sam needs.
Her personable friendly approach, backed up with vast knowledge and experience around the subject, makes her an excellent mentor and coach.
I would recommend Ellie/Being Me to anybody who is feeling frustrated and held back by ADHD.
So, a huge THANKYOU from very relieved mum, who wished I had this support and understanding when I was younger.
Ellie has helped me more than I ever thought was possible.
Before working with her, I constantly felt behind, overwhelmed, anxious and like I was failing at everything. I put myself down a lot and I didn’t really understand myself or my ADHD, and I was always stressed, negative, and exhausted.
Through our sessions, Ellie helped me to understand myself and how my ADHD brain works and for the first time (I was diagnosed at 17 and that was it!).
I learned strategies to help me to focus, get my work done or to help me do boring tasks like washing up!
I feel more in control, far less stressed, happier and more confident.
I go out more, I’m more social, and I argue far less with my family.
My relationship with my mum has improved so much, which I never thought would happen.
It had been very tough before but with Ellie, we had some joint sessions so she could understand me and Ellie helped me to explain my head and what I struggle with etc.
After a really difficult school experience and years of low self-confidence and anxiety, food issues, and feeling pressure around sport, I lost enjoyment and felt constantly nervous.
Ellie helped me feel okay with where I am and how I feel about myself. I’m enjoying life more now and don’t feel as anxious.
Ellie has been the only person who has truly been able to help me, and I’m so grateful that I found her when I did, I finally feel like I can get on with my life.
