The foundation of my group coaching programme is:

I personally saw countless coaches, therapists and psychologists over the years, but I always remained stuck in my old ways.
Often I felt better straight after the therapy session, but things soon went straight back to how they always were.
Every time I thought I had finally conquered my demons, I took a break from therapy.
But, I would always end up back at square one.
It is so hard to break free from lifelong habits, thought processes and behaviour patterns controlled my life for years.
How I made it different:
My ADHD coaching is designed by an ADHD brain, for an ADHD brain.
