I continue to learn directly from leading doctors and researchers in ADHD, hormones, gut health, and inflammation to stay up to date with the latest research and best practices. My approach is holistic and evidence-based, blending body, brain, and habit strategies so clients feel regulated, energised, and truly understood, not just “more productive.”
Whether you have a diagnosis, suspect ADHD, or are in the process of being assessed, I can help you to navigate your ADHD journey from a place of empowerment. A diagnosis is only useful if it’s accompanied by guidance, tools, and support to understand your brain in ways you never have before. This approach helps you feel more in control of your emotions, harness your strengths, and face challenges with greater ease.
I was “the girl with ADHD”, a label that made me feel different, misunderstood, and like something was wrong with me.
Medication caused more chaos when what I really needed was support, tools, and someone to explain why my emotions, energy, and thoughts felt so intense.
I know what it’s like to grow up feeling misunderstood. I could be “fine” at school, then come home and completely meltdown. Struggling to explain what you need, feeling overwhelmed at school, at home, or with friends, and being told you’re “fine” when you’re not.
My diagnosis didn’t help at first because no one taught me how to understand my ADHD or how to work with my brain instead of against it. I spent years feeling not good enough, emotionally overloaded, and constantly trying to be perfect.
That’s why I coach teens and young adults, to help you understand yourself earlier than I did, so you can build confidence, learn tools that actually work for your brain, and stop feeling like you’re failing at a system that wasn’t built for you.
I’ve taught in colleges and worked closely with young people, seeing firsthand how ADHD, hormones, stress, social media, and the complex mix of social pressures affect self-esteem, body image, and relationships with food. I support students through exams, university applications, SEND and DSA processes, and starting work, helping them navigate challenges at school, college, home, and online. I also work with families to provide guidance, practical tools, and strategies that support young people in daily life.
Alongside this, I’ve built a career in fitness, nutrition, and women’s health, competing nationally in both of my sports. With over 700 hours of coaching experience, I combine practical strategies with holistic support to help teens and young adults feel regulated, energised, and understood. My approach focuses on confidence, managing ADHD effectively, and thriving despite life’s pressures.

This isn’t just a session to talk about everything that’s going wrong — like how all my therapy used to feel!
We will focus on understanding your brain, building real tools that work covering things such as:
• ADHD & AuDHD-informed coaching
• Managing emotions & stress
• Revision skills, organisation & time skills
• Preventing burnout & exhaustion
• Transitions & independence skills - planning for college, jobs, or living more independently etc.
• Sleep & energy management
• Social skills & confidence
• Family support — because change works best when everyone understands
Once you feel ready, you can stay connected at a lower-tier membership.
You’re not just dropped once sessions end. Because real change takes time, especially when self-esteem has been low for years.
➡️ If you’re feeling unsure I completely understand, you can book a free 20-minute discovery call, to ease your mind.
