I run an ethical and transparent business, so here’s what you need to know about cancelling your membership:
✅ Inside the community, you’ll be directed to a page where you can cancel your membership yourself.
✅ If you’re a Flow Finders member and decide to cancel, don’t worry; you’ll still have access for the rest of your current month. After that, your subscription will end and you won’t be charged again.
âś… Momentum Makers have a 3-month minimum commitments to suport aaccountabilityand give you the best chance of real progress - cancellations can be made after that period.
Yes! You can start with the lower membership and upgrade to one-to-one coaching later if you choose. Just note that there may be a waiting list for 1:1 spaces, so you might have to wait until a spot opens up.
Yes — you can start with 1:1 coaching and increased accountability for the minimum 3-month contract (this is the time needed to start seeing a difference). After that, you can either continue or drop down to the lower membership. If there’s no space for 1:1 coaching when you join, you can begin with the lower tier or join the waitlist.
It’s totally OK — Being Me wasn’t designed with the expectation that you’ll attend every session. That’s just not realistic for ADHD brains. ll live sessions are saved to your video resource section for 12 weeks. Why only 12 weeks? Because endless replays create overwhelm and anxiety. You’ll be guided to which replays to watch — many will be linked to your current coaching modules. See the lives as optional extras, not must-dos. This model was designed to help you avoid guilt, shame and pressure.
You won’t be behind — you’re only behind if you tell yourself that. Modules are drip-fed slowly and follow a specific coaching journey.
You’ll be given a guide that tells you which ones to start with and in what order. We’ll also have sessions to help you work through them.
As someone who’s dyslexic and slow at processing, I designed this intentionally to reduce overwhelm.
What’s different is this was designed by someone who also felt that way. I’ve been there — too many videos, too many workbooks, too many people. I felt like a number, not a person. Being Me is ADHD-informed and structured so you can feel held and guided, not lost and overloaded.
Nope — I’ve got you.
Our Zoom calls are short (30–45 mins), interactive, and designed with ADHD brains in mind. We include movement and activation breaks to keep you engaged.
These won’t be the kind of calls where you drift off and get bored. Been there too.
Yes — and in several ways:
Community Chat: Ask questions in the chat — chances are others have the same one. No question is too silly or small.
Email Support: You can email us at [email protected] for more personal queries.
Message Support: There’s also a Support user inside the platform.
Onboarding Hub: We’ve created a dedicated Onboarding & Support Area you can return to anytime.
Totally normal fear. I had social anxiety so badly I couldn’t leave the house. This community invites, not forces. It’s safe, supported, and monitored by ADHD-informed coaches. If participation is something you want help with, you can explore that with your coach.
We don’t dismiss therapy, but we do things differently. Many members say previous therapy (like CBT) felt too rigid, generic, or not ADHD-specific. Being Me is built around ADHD-specific coaching — created by and delivered by ADHD coaches with years of specialist training (not just a weekend course!).You’ll be given a guide that tells you which ones to start with and in what order. We’ll also have sessions to help you work through them.
Yes! ADHD brains connect by interest and relatability. We have separate channels for different age groups, and more are being added by interest, life stage, and gender to help you connect with people who really get it.
Yes! We have a dedicated Younger Community for ages 16–24:
Aged 16–17? You’ll join the Younger Community only.
Aged 18–24? You get access to both the Younger Community and the main Being Me community.
This lets you connect with people talking about things like school, uni, friendships, social media, dating — things that matter to your stage of life. We also have an under-35s channel in the main community so you’re not overwhelmed by topics like tax forms and parenting if they’re not relevant to you yet.
Yes — Being Me is inclusive to all genders and to those who don’t define their gender. We have both mixed spaces and gender-specific channels to talk about topics that may feel more comfortable in those groups.
Absolutely. You’ll still be able to access video replays, and we rotate call times to suit multiple time zones. We’ll also do our best to group you with others from similar regions for accountability pods.
Some members see shifts in the first few weeks — especially in understanding themselves.
The first part of the journey is all about connecting the dots, recognising patterns, and reconnecting with emotions. It’s not about rushing.
Yes — but this isn’t a quick fix. Change takes time.
The Being Me pathway mirrors the process of 1:1 coaching.
You’ll learn to move away from black-and-white thinking and understand the why behind your behaviours. Those with 1:1 support may move faster due to extra accountability, but everyone will benefit from the ADHD-informed design of this journey.
