That’s why my coaching blends structured tools with everyday support.
I continue to learn directly from leading doctors and researchers in ADHD, hormones, gut health, and inflammation to stay up to date with the latest research and best practices. My approach is holistic and evidence-based, blending body, brain, and habit strategies so clients feel regulated, energised, and truly understood, not just “more productive.”
Whether you have a diagnosis, suspect ADHD, or are in the process of being assessed, I can help you to navigate your ADHD journey from a place of empowerment. A diagnosis is only useful if it’s accompanied by guidance, tools, and support to understand your brain in ways you never have before. This approach helps you feel more in control of your emotions, harness your strengths, and face challenges with greater ease.
I was “the girl with ADHD” — a label that made me feel broken, not understood.
Medication added more chaos when what I really needed was support, practical tools, and someone to explain why everything felt so intense.
I know what it’s like to be misunderstood — and also not able to explain what you need. That confusion showed up everywhere: at work, in my relationships, at home, and socially. My diagnosis meant nothing at first because no one taught me how to understand it or what to do with it.
I was living in burnout, perfectionism, and emotional overwhelm — constantly spiralling, while everyone around me thought I was “fine.” Inside, I felt like a failure.
I coach because learning to understand myself changed everything.
I could stop fighting my brain, & instead work with it, finally appreciate myself instead of constantly feeling like I was failing.
I’ve worked closely with adults — women and men — and in women’s health, witnessing firsthand how ADHD, hormones, stress, and self-esteem collide, from juggling work, coping with imposter syndrome, and managing family life, to navigating perimenopause and menopause. Alongside this, I’ve built a successful career in fitness and nutrition as a weight-loss specialist, including exercise referral, supporting clients to achieve optimum health, energy, and overall well-being.
I maintain a deep interest in the complex links between ADHD, the body, inflammation, and long-term health, including managing energy, preventing burnout, and supporting overall wellbeing. With over 700 hours of coaching experience, I combine practical strategies with holistic support to help adults feel energised, understood, and confident in their work, relationships, and daily lives.
