Our coaching, community, and accountability services are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological care. You should always consult a qualified healthcare provider for diagnosis or treatment of ADHD or related conditions.

We offer paid plans and features through Apple In-App Purchase (IAP) and Stripe.

Apple App Store Subscriptions • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. • You can manage or cancel your subscription via your Apple ID settings. • Refunds for Apple subscriptions are handled exclusively by Apple. All content, branding, tools, and materials provided by Being Me With ADHD are our intellectual property. You may not reuse or redistribute them without permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate our terms, behave abusively, or misuse the platform.

We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or always available. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages resulting from your use of the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of UK courts.
