Imagine a life where

your energy isn't

spent masking,

apologising, or

pretending...

But simply being.

The Story Behind

Being Me

I started Being Me, because this is the EXACT thing I needed after my diagnosis.

Are you:

Constantly overwhelmed and obsessive about your to-do lists?

Driven to succeed but cannot stick to a schedule?

Constantly comparing yourself to others since tasks seem so much harder and take twice as long?

Often left feeling like a failure, full of shame, and riddled with self-doubt?

Tired of feeling stuck but don’t know where to start?

If so, ADHD coaching can help you.

Here’s how:

We all know that to feel good we need to eat healthy, get outside, and practice self-care.

These are important of course - I am also a personal trainer, passionate about cold water therapy.

But the problem is this:

It may seem simple on paper, but in reality it’s really, really tough, especially for us ADHDers.

Maybe (like me) you've tried every diet plan, therapy, meditation app, and podcast under the sun. But when they didn’t work you felt like a failure (not to mention the guilt and the shame).

The reason these methods don’t work is because they were not designed by someone who understands your unique ADHD brain.

"I had one day off, so I’m a failure and I might as well quit…"

- What I thought every time I tried to make a change

So if you want to:

  • Take control of your life

  • Break through the barriers that are holding you back

  • Shift your mindset from frustration, confusion and shame to confidence, control and empowerment

With ADHD
