Why a Community?

vs. 1-1

Had a coaching or therapy session?

At the time, you felt better, in control, ready for new habits!

Then “x happened” and you're back with old behaviour patterns... the feelings in that session feel so far away...

why?

You were not supported or made accountable after the session.
Research supports that for most ADHD’ers, group coaching is more transformative than 1:1 coaching.
ADHD brains:
- Are wired for interest, not importance
- Need an element of group support
- Generates interest through connectedness to others
- Are an interest-based nervous system that love momentum

Momentum builds motivation - This is cemented in my coaching programme.
Research shows it can take 18 to 254 days to form a new habit & change behaviour patterns.

Not 21 days or 12 one-hour therapy sessions!!
This is why accountability and support is at the heart of Being Me coaching.

Why join the Being Me community?

Imagine being in a space where you could unmask, and where others understand things about you straight away.
They just “get it”, whereas your neurotypical friends, parents, partners, siblings, and colleagues just DON’T.
You will never have to say “sorry” again for joining the wrong link, or forgetting your coffee that you just went downstairs to get, or where you can’t decide which one of your 876 notebooks to write in!
Hearing others express the same exact frustrations, and challenges as you can provide important emotional support.
This community support will make you feel like you finally have a guiding light in the tunnel of ADHD.
